Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to follow up on my recent service request regarding my HP laptop (HP 15-gw0000 Laptop PC – Product No. 35K34PA, (edited). My original Case Number (edited), and I have also received a new Ticket (edited) after submitting payment and confirmation.
As per the last communication from your team, I was informed that an engineer visit would be scheduled after payment confirmation. I have completed the payment as per the quote (Edited), and I am now waiting for further details about the engineer’s visit.
I kindly request you to confirm:
When the engineer will be scheduled to visit?
How many days should I expect to wait for the visit to be arranged?
This is a bit urgent for me as my laptop issue has caused an unexpected interruption in my important academic preparation. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if the visit could be scheduled at the earliest convenience.
Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.
Thank you for your assistance and support.
Warm regards,
Vivek Raj

@Vivekstany123, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
I recommend waiting for the support team to get in touch with you, as the technician received the part on July 23rd. They’ll reach out to you once they're scheduled for a visit. In the meantime, it’s a best to stay in touch with the person you've been in contact with.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
