Hi! My computer has been working just fine until yesterday morning. Now my screen is blue and it says “your pc/device needs to be repaired” etc. can you help me with this please!

Hi:

 

First run the hardware diagnostics test (F2).

 

If the hard drive and memory pass the tests...

 

Use another windows PC running W7 64 or newer and create a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
