Pc stuck on above screen arrows allow me to toggle between the 4 options being memory test,hard drive check,language and exit but i am unable to exit or enter any of the other 3 options

Have you recently made any software or hardware changes on the PC before the issue started?

Did you try to force shutdown the computer and check.

Have you tried to use an external USB keyboard and check if that helps.

 

Could you please respond to this post with the details of the product so that I can provide you with an accurate steps which should help you resolve this issue.
