Pc updated itself and now it won’t leave a blue screen that says “automatic repair didn’t work”

So i let my brand new PC Notebook update itself. Well ever since it did It won’t leave a blue screen that says “Automatic Repair couldn’t repair your PC” and is telling me to shut down my computer or go to advanced options. I’ve already tried shutting it down multiple times and going to advance options and everything is bringing it back too the shut down or advanced options screen. HP support hasn’t helped at all we’ve tried calling 17 times and the virtual assistant did not help us or give us a code.
