hi, fam. big question for big problem. i have formatted pc with f11 is same of windows, the pc was formatted correctly but the license of windows office 2019 don't is remove (i thinking formetted is uncompleted)! why?? there are any tool or option for formatted my pc as original status as was i bought?

One of the first things the recovery USB does is to warn you that it is going to repartition and format the hard drive and warns you that you will lose all data.

Hi:

 

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
