*My hp pavilion laptop performing terrible*
recently i did the benchmark, i get to know that its not performing well
its stuttering, throttle occurs quite while playing games
getting crashed quite often for no reason ,
but other parts are not performing good either
go through the image as well...
this performance for 64k is just too bad,
got this one at 2019 expiry date is upto 2022
i ve upgraded 1 yr more
but its too **bleep** irritating the way its working currently

The hard drive is performing poorly because the one that comes standard is a 5400 RPM drive -- the SLOWEST out there. So, if your intention is to use this PC for gaming, you seriously need to consider replacing that with an SSD.
As to the memory low performance, I would have expected DDR4 to do much better. So, you should install this utility and see what it reports for the memory speed and the speed options: CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
As to the Graphics, that is a 2016 card and has poor performance benchmarks -- see this for information: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/211022/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-1050

So, look at the SPD tab and see if it offers other memory settings that are faster. If so, you would then have to go into the BIOS settings and change the memory settings.
