HP G60
Microsoft Windows Vista

Hi, my name is Sam and my laptop recently got messed up so I’m trying to use my dad’s old laptop to do some of my online classes, however when we tried to factory reset the laptop, it asks for a bio password and my dad doesn’t ever remember putting in that software or making a password but he said that he had a friend fix his laptop like 15 years ago so that might have been when it was done. I tried three times and the system disabled logo appears with the 14681. The laptop is an HP G60. I really appreciate your help and your time for reading this. Thank you.
