HP Notebook - 15-da0053wm

I have not been able to upload photos since the middle of May. I have a card reader. When I pop the memory card in I get a popup to chose what happens. The next window only gives me two options - 1. Open Folder to view files, and 2. Take no action. There used to be a third option - upload photos.  What happened to that option?

I also cannot upload photos from my phone. I plug that in via a usb cord. Nothing happens. I used to get previews of all photos and I could click a box for the ones I wanted to upload.

I noticed there have been a few updates since May. Could that be the problem? Help!

That is the one you have to look at. When you Open folder you can see files from gallery.  Normally, you can see a drive For example, I put my SD card to my machine, I can see a new drive (I:). I can access I: like all other drives.
