Let Windows do the driver update automatically ...

(1) ! Important ! --->>> Create Windows system <restore point>

How to Create a System Restore Point on Windows 10 or Windows 11

(2) Enable and run and install <Windows Optional Updates>

How to Install Windows 11 Optional Updates & Fix Its Issue

(3) Restart Windows and test photoshop ...

(4) Please report your results

If the above suggestion that Ub6424 posted work for you, normally all you need to do is to manually update the Intel graphics driver to the latest version from the Intel website, and Photoshop should no longer report any issues.

There is a minor change in the procedure I wrote:

After you unzip the Intel graphics driver to its folder, you will now see two subfolders listed there instead of only one.

For your notebook's graphics adapter, you want to update the driver in the folder labeled Graphics_Gen9_Gen11.
