Hello...
I have a Probook 650 G4 with Windows 10 (64 bit) and I have the following "unknown device" in the device manager:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D27&SUBSYS_841603C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&F0
It's "physical name" is \Device\NTPNP_PCI0011
I can't figure out which pilot (sp...exe) program available on the suppor page for this model is the relevant one.
Thanks!
p.s. the HP Support Assistance program didn't fix this. It fixed most of the other missing devices but not this one.

Hi:
You need this driver for that device...
This package contains the driver that enables the Intel Serial IO Drivers to be used with supported notebook models that are running a supported operation system. Intel Serial IO Bus Drivers software stack provides drivers for these IO modules to control the serial interfaces and sensors that are connected in the Intel Serial IO buses.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92587.exe
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted.
