Hello! I need help, I start up my computer , it works perfectly fine when i try to log in and it shows my home screen (the purple screen) then it vanished after a minute & turns pitch black!!! i don’t know what to do. i restarted it & i did the dat reboot. i got a new battery and all!! it’s responsive because i see the mouse when i wiggle it but it shows a black screen i cannot access the internet or anything. i am a college student so computer access is very crucial for my studies !! please help. i showed pictures in order from when you first start the computer to when i get in the computer !! i have the HP Notebook - 15-f272wm (ENERGY STAR)
