HP Envy m6 Nootbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY m6 Notebook running Windows 10 pro seems to be suffering something of an identity crisis.

It's showing it's Platform Role as Mobile rather than Laptop or something similar. So far I've not been able to find a way to override this setting and manual set it to Laptop platform role.

Anybody got any idea how or even if this is possible?

Thank,

William.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

This sounds like operating system issue, I would recommend reinstall original windows operating system which shipped with the computer.

That should fix the issue,
