Hello! I am trying to gift my computer and want to reset to factory settings. I get to 26% On the reset page and it says failed to reboot on the screen. I have tried every option to reset found on this forum and no luck. I was wondering how to get the recovery download file and if that would help!

Hi:
Use the HP cloud recovery tool with another Windows PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer to create a bootable recovery drive to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
