The parts list for your notebook indicates that it is a HP 6930p.

The HP 6930p originally came with Windows Vista Business or Windows 7 Professional, so there is definitely nothing we can do to help you with activating W8.1.

You will need to contact Microsoft with help for Activation.

I happen to have a HP 6930p notebook, and there should be a Windows Vista or Windows 7 product key under the clear business card holder on the bottom of the case.   Mine has a Vista Business product key.
