Also I have contacted the hp service center in Jordan where I am living, and I asked them if they have batteries to replace it, and they answered me they didn't import & replace batteries, noting that my laptop age is 18 months, so if it pass 18 months old it becomes useless!! ,

Appreciate if you can provide me with contact team in hp support center to follow up with hp dealer in Jordan, how they can't replace and offer a replacement batteries!!

Thank you @The_Fossette, actually I need to contact hp support in head office not in my country, because the hp dealer in my country do not have batteries and didn't order it at all,

How they have the hp dealership in Jordan if they can't offer replacement parts?

Appreciate if you provide me with appropriate contact person or department from hp head office.

Thank you again
