Product: HP ENVY x360 15m-eu0 Convertible PC (267R7AV)

The pointer on my hp envy continuously disappears. In the past I went into device manager and uninstalled the driver then restarted my laptop and it would be fixed. I've done that over 10 times, each time I restart my laptop the faulty driver is there with its little yellow exclamation point symbol. How do I fix this issue, why does it keep happening, how do I prevent it?
