Hi @Asif_Raza,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error "A driver cannot load on this device" on your HP Pavilion Aero 13.3-inch Laptop PC typically indicates a problem with a device driver not being properly installed or recognized by the system. Here's how you can troubleshoot this issue.

Update Device Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (Press Windows + X and select Device Manager).
  • Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, which indicates a problem.
  • Right-click on the problematic device and select Update Driver.
  • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software and let Windows search for the latest driver updates.

Reinstall the Device Driver:

  • In Device Manager, right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.
  • After uninstalling, restart your laptop. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and click Check for updates.
  • Install any available updates, as they may include driver updates for your system.

Download Drivers from HP Support:

  • Visit the HP Support website and search for your specific model.
  • Download and install the latest drivers available for your laptop, especially the chipset and graphics drivers.

Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:

  • Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
  • Select Hardware and Devices and click Run the troubleshooter.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to let Windows detect and fix any issues.

Check for Corrupt System Files:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator (Right-click Start and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin)).
  • Run the following command to scan and repair any corrupt system files:

sfc /scannow

  • Wait for the process to complete and follow any instructions if issues are found.

System Restore (if the issue started recently):

  • If the issue started recently and you have System Restore enabled, try restoring your system to a point before the error occurred:
    • Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection.
    • Click on System Restore and follow the prompts.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
