Hi @Asif_Raza,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error "A driver cannot load on this device" on your HP Pavilion Aero 13.3-inch Laptop PC typically indicates a problem with a device driver not being properly installed or recognized by the system. Here's how you can troubleshoot this issue.
Update Device Drivers:
- Open Device Manager (Press Windows + X and select Device Manager).
- Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, which indicates a problem.
- Right-click on the problematic device and select Update Driver.
- Choose Search automatically for updated driver software and let Windows search for the latest driver updates.
Reinstall the Device Driver:
- In Device Manager, right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.
- After uninstalling, restart your laptop. Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and click Check for updates.
- Install any available updates, as they may include driver updates for your system.
Download Drivers from HP Support:
- Visit the HP Support website and search for your specific model.
- Download and install the latest drivers available for your laptop, especially the chipset and graphics drivers.
Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter:
- Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Select Hardware and Devices and click Run the troubleshooter.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to let Windows detect and fix any issues.
Check for Corrupt System Files:
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator (Right-click Start and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin)).
- Run the following command to scan and repair any corrupt system files:
sfc /scannow
- Wait for the process to complete and follow any instructions if issues are found.
System Restore (if the issue started recently):
- If the issue started recently and you have System Restore enabled, try restoring your system to a point before the error occurred:
- Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > System Protection.
- Click on System Restore and follow the prompts.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
