Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi - Looking to see if anyone has any information on this.  Upon startup unspecified  - USB 2.0 Billboard, driver Billboard NT, location Port_#0002.Hub_#0004 appears.  Device information unavailable & unknown.  Does anyone know what this is for?  I am using a USB C adapter (for Ethernet) on the 2nd port, which will show only when connected.  When I remove it, it disappears which is normal.  For this upon startup is appearing, but, I am not sure what this driver is for.  Any  information would be greatly appreciated.  (Not using an external display, not using Bluetooth nor WiFi )
