Product: HPNotebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I can use my notebook for about 2 hours and then the battery charge runs out and shuts down. It is plugged in with the A/C power cord but says not charging. A few hours later I can turn it back on and it is fully charged. I ran a battery test and it says it is fine. Is it my battery or the power cord? and why does it only charge when I am not using it?
