Power light on but nothing on the screen. 2 years old hp pavilion x360 tried holding the power button after unplugging for 20 seconds but nothing after I switched it back on. Then pressed multiple times the F10 but nothing. Any suggestions

I see that you are facing boot issues with your HP Pavilion X360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-Dw1013dx.

 

Please follow the steps listed below for BIOS recovery:

1. Turn off the computer and keep the power adapter plugged in.

2. Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds.

3. Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.

4. The HP BIOS Update screen displays and the recovery begins automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts to continue the startup to complete the recovery.
