  • Could you confirm the model number of your HP Notebook and the operating system you're using (Windows 10, Windows 11, ChromeOS, etc.)?
  • Are you looking to reset your notebook to factory settings while keeping your personal files, or do you want a complete wipe and fresh installation?
  • Do you have important data backed up, or would you like guidance on saving your files before proceeding with the reset?
