I have a problem when I boot up it goes to black hp logo abs says  wait. Then goes to blue screen asking for keyboard layout. After that goes to screen with only troubleshoot and shut down this pc... No other options... Can anyone give me a clue... Thanks

I see that you are facing blue screen-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?
