I need help to fix my computer like I just did a System quick test and it failed. It was sleeping and find it doing the preparing automatic repair when I woke up. I have taken the battery out and I have done 3 turn off for my screen nothing is happening I seriously don’t know why it’s acting this why out of random. I get my hp logo with the spinning thing on it by its self then I get the blue screen saying at the bottom of it Stop Code: UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME then it just restarts. Then I turn it off myself and then I get the hp with the spinning circle with the preparing automatic repair but it just stays there doing nothing. I seriously need options or do I need to call hp?

Hi:

If your notebook's hard drive reported a quick test failure, it means you need to replace the drive and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free as follows...

Make bootable W10 installation media using the Media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

The windows product key is in the BIOS, so Windows will automatically find it and install.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Since your notebook is presumably out of warranty HP will charge you a fortune to send it in for repairs.
