Preparing automatic Repair Loop then Blue screen Loop

Everytime i try to boot my laptop it starts loading then a blue screen with pop up and then it will try and to do an automatic repair. I get two different blue screen codes "Driver_PNP_Watchdog" and "Inaccessible_boot_Device". I can't even pull up the menu at all. Can someone please help me i need the data on my laptop. It's Hp 15in x360 Envy i got it in 2021

It could be a problem with the actual drive of the machine.

Try performing diagnostics test at boot and see if there are any error messages.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until complete shutdown.

Turn on the PC and repeatedly press ESC until the startup menu appears.

Press F2 to enter diagnostics.

Try performing the fast system test and see if there are any failure ids.

Everything passed the test. Its still doing the same thing is there anything else i could try?
