Hi, so my laptop started saying preparing automatic repair, and then nothing happens.
i ran the system test and get the failure id: 6AG7PV-7K898L-MFPWL1-60TH03
what does it mean and how can i fix this?

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced. Is it still under warranry ? If Yes, please call HP for a replacement.

Thank you very much, unfortunately it is not under warranty anymore, i will just have to take it in so they can put in a new harddrive.
