Why My windows preparingautomatic repair

Windows preparing an auto repair is the result of a failure to complete the booting process.   Windows then tries to fix the problem.  If it does not proceed with the steps, then most likely a try with the install media can get the problem resolved.  Since you are not in the USA,  search for the Windows Media Creation tool, in your region.  Microsoft will then give you the opportunity to make Windows 10 install media.  With a working PC, make the install media .  Then boot this problem PC to the new media and pick repair this PC, instead of install.    If that does not resolve the problem,  you might need to reinstall Windows, using this new media.
