My laptop is showing preparing to repair however it is stuck now to 35% and is not moving at all. Anyone who could help me fix this? I badly need it. Thank you in advance.

(1) Press and hold <power> button until notebook switches off

 

(2) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)
