You know, the issue in subject stucks WinUpdate entirely, avoiding it to continue further. Not nice, isn'it? Up to date ...since long. Hope my English is understandable otherwise please ask google for exegesis. Thanking you in advance we remain looking forward to receiving kind useful indications to unlock the mistery allowing our windowsupdate to work properly. Cheers

what an absolutely poor answer from a fortune 500 company ever heard of google translate? Install error - 0x800f020b has been going on for months and have yet to see any coherent answer from HP, just say we are working on it don't be a jerk

In der Tat eine Frechheit die Antwort von HP aber auch Mircosoft , die es nicht gebacken kriegen ein Tool zum Entfernen des Problems Zur Verfügung zu stellen! Uns mein Browser übersetzt die Seite in Deutsch. Bei Google will man zig Software verkaufen, brauch man nicht! Denn man müsste beim Update nur den HP Printer deaktivieren, was aber nicht geht und so bekomme ich seitdem keine Updates mehr von Windows. Der Hammer ich habe keinen HP Printer.

In der Tat ist die Reaktion von HP und auch Mircosoft, die es nicht geschafft haben, ein Tool zur Beseitigung des Problems bereitzustellen, eine Schande! Mein Browser übersetzt die Seite ins Deutsche. Bei Google willst du tonnenweise Software verkaufen, du brauchst sie nicht! Denn man müsste beim Update nur den HP-Drucker deaktivieren, aber das ist nicht möglich und so habe ich seitdem keine Updates mehr von Windows erhalten. Großartig, ich habe keinen HP-Drucker.

I found a solution to the problem. Simply uninstall (DO NOT UPDATE) the printer drivers in Device Manager, then run Windows Update and proceed with the update.

No PowerShell magic works, this error is like a horcrux 😄

If someone has automatic updates enabled, they don't need to do anything, the error won't disappear but the system will still be up to date. You can check this in the update history. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that it looked ugly xD

Vielleicht hast du in deinem WLAN-Netzwerk einen HP-Drucker und hast versucht, sich versehentlich damit zu verbinden oder hast etwas von HP installiert. Wie auch immer, die Lösung für das Problem findest du oben :))
