Hi,
I've a ProBook 640 g1 win 10 that's stuck in a boot loop. It goes all the way to the windows logo and sometimes even able to log in before getting a Stopcode: Irql not less or equal blue screen error. And freezing. It’ll then it power cycles several times and repeats.
I ran a hardware diagnostics and it brings up "Memory Quick Check : FAILED" with FAILURE ID :og8421-a6kc3p-0g8421-804r03
What could be the problem?

Hi:
You will need to replace the failed memory chip.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

I don't know what capacity memory chip failed but this 8 GB chip should be a compatible replacement:
Amazon.com: Crucial RAM 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL11 Laptop Memory CT102464BF160B : Everything Else
The notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of memory.
