Product: HP 2000 Notebook PC
Operating System: Other

So Product I'm having trouble with is the HP 2000 Notebook PC. The Issue with is that it's taking forever to reset. It's almost been an Hour and a half, and all I'v see is a white/black screen with just the cursor... Is that normal?

Make sure you always have a second copy in case of emergency, even before starting the reset.
