Hallo,

Windows updated the "HP Development Company, L.P. - Extension - 8.10.28.1" on my notebook and now it is very very slow.
Also wi-fi is slower then before...
What the hell was this HP Development Company, L.P. - Extension - 8.10.28.1?

How can I uninstal???

Problem solved.

Reinstalled HP Hotkey Support - UWP and HP Application Enabling Software Driver from hp site and all is working great again!

Please HP and Windows do not release bad update...
