Hi

I refer you to my earlier answer.

It could be a hardware problem, and buying Recovery Media will not solve this problem.

If it is software, then download one of the disk images I suggested and try that.

If one of those works then by all means buy Recovery Media from whereever.

You should be able to purchase recovery media from an HP Partner.

I highly recommend that you request an HP usb flash drive media instead of a recovery disk set. USB media is fast and durable. A dvd with a single scratch on the label side can become useless.

Hi

There is a possibility of hardware problems with the DVD drive and or the system board, so what was/is the reason for the re-install?

If you can test the System / DVD with another bootable disk, something like... http://www.gfi.com/blog/top-5-free-rescue-discs-for-your-sys-admin-toolkit/

Hirens Boot CD

FalconFour’s Ultimate Boot CD

SystemRescueCD

Ultimate Boot CD

Trinity Rescue Kit

and then we can possibly eliminate the hardware and go with the suggested software route.

Hey !!

I tried again and again but it is still showing that error in window boot manager whenever i try with those disks(Image file of windows) :-
The error is like Following:-

Window has encountered a problem communicating with device connected to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removal external storage device such as an external USB drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as hard drive or CD ROM drive that is failing. Make sure any removable stotage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to receive this error message, contact the hardware manufacturer.

Disk : BCd/

Status : 0xc00000e9

Info : An unexpected I/O error has occured.

I had only one image file of this original window. I don't know what's wrong why i am not able to do system recovery. Every time this error pops up.
Maybe my DVD has got scratch. So what shoud i do now to get the copy of this window from HP ?
How will i able to do this ? Please suggest.

Use the links I provided to source an HP factory made recovery flashdrive for your notebook.

Since your notebook is out of warranty and , I suspect, older than three years, an HP Partner is more likely to have recovery media available. HP does not stock recovery media for notebook and desktop products past three years.
