Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
I gave you the info for how to do that in my first reply and copied it below.
See how to do that at the link below. You can do this whether or not you have an internet connection.

I do see it now. Much appreciated. I managed to install Windows 11 successfully, and have a working HP Laptop now!
I have one more issue. I would like to update all the HP drivers. Is there a HP software that I can run to automatically do this?
I went to the SW download site you provided previously:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-envy-17.3-inch-laptop-pc-17-cr0000/model/2101086042
There is an option called "Detect my software and drivers". I ran that option but got an error message:
"Detection not available
My laptop model has Prod ID of 537Z4AV. Is that the right download site?
Thanks!

You're very welcome.
Yes, that is the correct support page for your PC, where you can find the latest drivers and software.
You can also install the HP support assistant software which is supposed to check for updated drivers for your PC:
HP Support Assistant | HP® Support
If you ever run into an issue where you need to reinstall Windows again, your notebook's product number is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store
It seems that HP only offers the option to make the recovery drive for up to 5 years after the PC was released to market, so if you are interested in making a recovery drive, you may want to do that now and put the recovery drive in a safe place for future use.
