I've got into a complete mess with set up. Can't remember my passwords etc. How cani do a fresh restart?

Feel like an idiot.

Hi:

 

Some of us have been there...don't feel bad.

 

Using another Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, you can make your own bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
