When i turn on my PC appears a message that says that Windows 10 can't update. I select the message and it opens the tab for the update with the following message:
"Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903
Status: Pending download
We found some issues. Select this message to fix and finish updating."
After that there is a Fix Issues button, and when i press it shows a message that says:
"This PC can't run Windows 10
Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS."
and the preparation for the installation stops at 84%.
The HP troubleshooter finds no problems or BIOS updates for my PC, but i still can't update Windows 10. What could i do?

I would suggest you try to ensure all the Windows and HP updates are installed.
Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.
Now try to perform Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Please find the correct Bios update for your HP notebook.

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,
Let's try to run an extensive system test from F2 and check if the hardware components on your PC are functioning correctly.
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once, or Loop until error.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are
shown on the screen.
6. If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) so you have it
available when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in
Test Logs on the main menu.
Refer this article to know more information about running system diagnostics on your PC. Click Here
If the test passes, I would suggest here is to run the Windows update troubleshooter.
Download and install the troubleshooter from this link.
Now try to perform Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Let me know how it goes for further assistance!

Thank you for your reply to my question.
The first thing i did before you replied to me was to download and run the HP Support Assistant. It didn't find any updates for my laptop.
I have run the Extensive Test at the UEFI, which it passed and i also downloaded and run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. The message after the Troubleshooter ended was that it had fixed some issues about the data storage, if i remember correctly.
Afterwards, i run again Windows update as you can see in the image attached.
When i pressed the fix issues button the message shown on my screen was the one that i attach to you next.
Is there a way to upgrade my BIOS? The last message says that i should contact HP for details...
If the answer is yes, how should i do it?
Thank you very much for your time and effort!!!
