Hello everyone,
since some months I'm having some problems with my HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5.
Sometimes it just comepletly freezes.. but thats not all. From time to time the notebook doesnt recocnise its own speakers or touchpad, and restaring doesnt even fix it.
Sometimes it locks and shuts down completely out of nowhere, saying theres a problem with the BIOS.
The notebook is relatively new (1 year) and hasnt been used much at all. Storage is 50% free and I didnt download some shady stuff..
I let HP Support Assistant and HP Wolf Security and HP Sure Run etc search for problems without result.
At the moment Im using Win11 but I had the same problems before with Win10.
What could I do, and how could my warranty be of use?
