Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there!

My HP ProBook, with windows 10, have exclamation mark in "Other Devices/Base System Device and SMS/MMS Message Access and a another trouble (!) in "System Devices/HP Mobile Data Protection.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me to get rid of these annoying exclamation marks from my laptop's system.

What is the full model number or  product number of your HP ProBook?

 

The product number can be found on the same label as the serial number.

 

Please do not post the serial number.
