HP- Notebook 15-ay103nm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Recently i bought a brand new HP lap top. Here are the lap top specs:
- Intel Core i5 7200U (2.5 Ghz)
- 256 GB SSD
- 8192MB (8GB) DDR4 SDRAM
- AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M440 - 4GB memory
First i installed Need for speed most wanted from 2005 and there i noticed that the game was laging on me, not to much but nevertheless it was lagging.
I tried playing league of legends and it worked completely fine with really high FPS.
Next i tryed downloading For Honor and it was lagging hard. I tried to put everything to minimum in video settings but there my conclusion was that my Graphics werent the problem beacause lag would be the same on min or on max quality. Now i downloaded the Sniper elite pro 4 and put everything to minimum and I still have lags. Also before i tried playing Paladins and it also had a little bit of a lag.
Please help me, i think my specs are above avetage for gaming and i really dont know how to fix this problem. Also i have updated all of the drivers and tried everything 😞

HI again. I did update all the drivers and graphics and bios just like you said. But i think i know what is the problem now. It has something to do with switchable graphics in amd radeon settings. I didnt try to use that setting before cause i didnt want to ruin smomething in my system. In those settings i put all of my games on high preformance instead of maximaze battery life. Also in the game i put graphics to almost maximum and the lag was really less. After that i tried to change my resolution in the game (cause i didnt know what else to do) and the lag was again lower and fps higher. I dont know what is causing this things and i dont know what the resolution has to do with laging in my games and graphics, i mean i know they are related but i think the lag shouldnt be this big despite using my native resolution that the game recommands. I am really confused now and dont know what else can i do.Thanks for your help and cooperation
