Hello everyone,
A week ago I bought this new laptop: ''Hp envy 13 ah0046nb''. I immediately liked this laptop. It's good looking, it's fast and worked perfectly. But recently I faced a problem. Every time i want to open my windows explorer, it opens but then it just keeps loading, no mather how long i wait. If i click for example on a document, i get the error "windows explorer not responding". Is there anything I can do about this? It's a really annoying problem because I'm a university student and i can't open any documents like this.
