buna am un laptop hp 840 G3 care daca pun incarcatorul se porneste dar nu se incarca si cand il scot se opreste laptopul , ajuta

Sorry, this community speaks english only.

 

Run HP Diagnostics UEFI on bootup to test your computer including battery test. If it fails the battery has to be replaced.

 

" Rulați HP Diagnostics UEFI la pornire pentru a vă testa computerul, inclusiv testul bateriei. Dacă nu reușește, bateria trebuie înlocuită. "
