Hi MayS, I'll try to do better.

So, my problem on my computer.

On the HP application, it displays :

My computer :

Product name : yyyyyyyy

Serial number : yyyyyyyy

Product number : rrrrrrrr

Yet, I know my serial number

Number : [edit]

I can't fix the bios

I've updated it

But it still shows me this.

I called HP but they told me that my computer is no longer under warranty.

They told me to come here and ask the question  to get an answer.

Also, I wanted to say that my computer works fine and updates correctly  but it shuts ifself off for no reason.

Maybe because of this problem.

I'de really appreciate it if you could give me an answer to fix this

I hope you and the community will read this message and help me.

Regards,

Jeff
