Hello! 👋
I decided to update the old HP Pavilion G6-1B59wm laptop and ordered Samsung 2x4GB SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 MHz RAM and AMD A8-3520m 2.5 GHz 4mb 35w CPU for it, as well as a new bios battery. Before that, ELPIDA RAM 2x2GB SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 MHz and CPU AMD A4-3300m were installed on the laptop. It is also important to note that the laptop has a defective battery, before that it only worked from the charger. So, after installing new components, when the screen was first turned on, the screen flashed white several times, and then the Windows 7 screensaver was loaded and it simply turned off, after pressing the power key, it does not turn on. Only when I pull out the charging cable and wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again, the laptop boots, takes 15-20 seconds and turns off, the operating system does not start completely.
Is it possible that these problems are most likely due to the battery? Is it because of the bios battery update?
If you have any other ideas about this, I'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance.

The 20-25 second shutdown is probably thermal shutdown. Is the fan spinning? Was head sink compound applied?
I looked at this video and there is nothing obvious that could block the cooler from fitting against the chip.

Try tapping ESC when powering on and try to get into the BIOS setup. Maybe "del" or F10
Not sure on these older models.
The memory and the CPU do not seem to be the problem. The CMOS needs to be reset but that happens when the battery and power supply are removed along with the CMOS battery for 10-15 seconds.

Try holding your finger under the CPU on the metal bracket and see how hot it gets
If it gets hot there is something wrong with the seating of the cooler against the CPU. If it does not get hot then
I recommend you put the original CPU back in and see if it works. If it works fine then try upgrading to the latest bios

If you already have the latest bios then then the CPU is not compatible with motherboard.

Checked for heat temperature, but the CPU back panel on the motherboard doesn't heat up to high temps, just hear a little heat. I just removed all the updated components and put the old ones in place, but the laptop still shuts down immediately after the HP logo screensaver, because of this I can't install a new bios flash. Honestly, I don't even know what it could be...

There are other chips that could cause a thermal shutdown. Most likely is the graphics chip if not built into the CPU
Use your finger to find a hot chip. For example, that metal plate is probably used to cool this chip
There are other large chips to the right of the fan at 6:50 in that video.
Also, the two large chip on the other side
Is there any way you could feel those chip when turning on power? I am not sure what that square under the copper tube is. Also verify that all the pins of the fan are securely in the socket and all are making contact.
