Three weeks after I bought it, the laptop would not turn on if it was not connected to the charger and when I turned it on I unplugged it and it started working, and this happens even when it is fully charged

(2) Download and install BIOS Update

(4) Let BIOS be installed until it's completely done !
(5) Download and install / update
