Product: 6BK76EA and HP Notebook - 14-dk0599sa

Product name is above so is the number. 
My laptop still has warranty and it’s glitchy and when I pressed to close a page done the button became loose. I want it fixed or trade it in for money as it’s not satisfying my expectations as the quality has been poor.

Turning it in for money, as in returning it, is not an option.  The best you can expect is for it to be repaired -- but we can not assist in warranty repairs; you have to initiate that yourself with HP Customer Support.
