Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello friends! I am glad to be able to talk to you.

I recently bought a Victus HP 16.1 16-d0000 (2V8U5AV), this is the first time I give HP a try although I prefer other companies. Since I started using this laptop I encountered several problems of which the most critical is the screens generated for the laptop. The menus or windows have a very poor resolution and I have trouble viewing them. I was considering keeping the laptop despite these problems, but I discovered that the screens and menus not only have poor resolution, but also important information is missing. I am a structural engineer and I cannot tolerate this kind of problems in the windows generated by the software I use.

I have tested with my older laptop (Toshiba Satellite i7 5th generation) and the screen does not have this problem, the information is fully displayed. I show you the problems with these pictures:

In the pictures above you can see an example of the problem. The Toshiba laptop shows the / symbol but the Victus does not. The software is the same, the Toshiba has Windows 10 and Victus Windows 11.

I really regret buying this laptop, I am behind in my work because of the laptop, but if you can help me with this problem I may keep the laptop.

Thank you very much for your help and time !
