Hi!
Windows on my new notebook tries to perform the "Upgrade functions to Windows 10, version 1703". After downloading the update files it says it is found incompatible software: "HP Stream x360 Convertible PC software". Automatically delete this software can not be done, so it offers me to do it manually, but there is no such software - this is just the name of the notebook.
Now the state of the update center - there are available updates, errors are found, correct them. If I click "Correct" the situation is repeated.
HP's support said (by phone) that this problem should be addressed to MS.
MS's support said that this problem should be addressed to OEM, i.e. HP.
What can I do in this situation?
And how can I get support from HP by e-mail? As earlier, old good e-mail, without FB, forums and phone?

Thank you very much.
The problem has almost resolved. Version 1703 has not installed yet ("windows 10 creators update is coming soon"), but errors have gone and the update center works properly.
Why russian HP support doesn't know this problem - I don't understand.
