You're very welcome.
For that unknown 0004 device, you need this driver...
HP 3D DriveGuard Software:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64001-64500/sp64144.exe
What about the hardware ID for the other unknown device?
You're not following the instructions all the way where you need to go on the link I posted.
You need to select the Hardware ID section on the drop-down list when you click on the Properties tab.

Hi:
I already gave you the driver for the ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004 in my last reply (sp64144).
You need this driver for the USB\VID_138A&PID_003C:
Validity Fingerprint Sensor Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58900.exe
You may need to install this driver if the auto install doesn't install it.
To do that, go to the device manager.
Click on the USB\VID_138A&PID_003C device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58900.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

You're very welcome.
Sorry that the Bluetooth driver didn't work.
Unfortunately, you may not be able to resolve the problem.
I have one other suggestion...I found a W10 AR3011 Bluetooth driver on the Microsoft Update catalog website.
10.0.1.11
I have zipped that driver up and attached it below. You will need to manually install the driver as follows:
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the AR3011 BT adapter that needs the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, see if this works...right click on the Atheros BT adapter, select Uninstall, check the uninstall driver box, restart the PC and try manually installing the driver again on the Generic Bluetooth adapter that should now be listed there.
If none of the above works unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.
You can always buy a USB Bluetooth adapter if you need the Bluetooth to work.

Hello sir! I have tried all the options but unfortunately, none of them works. Also, I have realized that anytime I unplug my PC, the screen light blinks but when it's plugged in, the blinking stops. Please do you know what might be causing the screen to blink when unplugged? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't know the answer to why the screen light blinks when the notebook is on battery.
I recommend you start a new topic on that subject.
For the Bluetooth, you will either have to do without, or purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.
