HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC (1A890AV)

Hi all

Trust this finds everyone well.

My HP Probook 450 G8 i3 11th Gen, has become slow and a laggy since doing the latest BIOS update. HP Bios version is HPT70 Ver. 01.14.00, 2023/06/27.

Previously, my laptop was quite quick and responsive, where I found it to be quite nippy when working on our work software etc. Now, I can truly say it's become quite a bit slower, with the largest slow down being the navigation of file explorer. For the last 2 years, file explorer has run like an absolute charm, whether it be local files or files on my OneDrive or sharepoint. I've tried to see if this isnt software related and done a fresh install of windows 10 and all but the problem is still very much there.

Can anyone assist please? the laptop isnt running like it used to and it's quite annoying. I've truly not had many problems with this laptop and I enjoy using it.

Thanks !
