Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a probook 650 g2 I recently purchased and for the first 2 days everything worked perfectly. On the 3rd day I couldn't get it to charge. I tried taking the battery out and holding the power button for 30 seconds , uninstalled the drivers and restarting, etc. The laptop battery has completely ran out of charge and I have no clue how to get it to work and turn on now. When I plug the charger in the power button and caps lock buttons both light up for 2 seconds and than turn off. The only time there's signs of life is when I unplug the charger and plug it in again it lights up for 2 seconds and then nothing else....please help!
