Hello
I am trying to create a recovery drive using the tool provided by HP. However, when entering the product ID on the check registry website it returns with the following error message: Item0015 Please contact HP Support. What Gives? I thought this tool was supported for PC and Laptops released after 2016. This model came out in 2018. Any ideas or where to go for the proper tool ?

Entering the product number with or without the #ABA returns the same code.
I have noticed during the last few months that HP must be removing support for notebooks more than 5 years old that used to be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
There are hundreds of models that used to be supported that no longer are.
There is nothing you can do other than to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB drive to reinstall Windows.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
